We’re Building the Workforce to Build Tasmania
The High Vis Army project aims to build capacity for the civil construction sector by working with the industry to attract, train, and retain employees, and meet the growing demand of infrastructure projects across Tasmania.
CCF Tasmania has developed a skills analysis program with the goal of growing the civil workforce by 25 per cent by 2025. The skills analysis is being delivered through face-to-face meetings between our Project Officers and you – our hardworking civil contractors.
We want to know your feedback on what tools and training you need for your organisation to succeed, so that we can work with Government and RTOs to deliver solutions and create a solid civil construction sector for the future.
Throughout the duration of the project, you may be invited to attend events, participate in surveys and receive updates on what funding is currently available to you to train existing employees, as well as programs to upskill new employees for the industry.
